保羅·羅賓·克魯格曼（英文：Paul Robin Krugman，1953年2月28日－），美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家及紐約時(shí)報(bào)的專欄作家，普林斯頓大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)系教授，是新凱恩斯主義經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)派代表，2008年諾貝爾經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)獎(jiǎng)得主。
1953年出生美國(guó)紐約，約翰·F·肯尼迪高中畢業(yè)。1974年畢業(yè)于耶魯大學(xué)，1977年于麻省理工學(xué)院取得博士學(xué)位，受到經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家諾德豪斯的注意。畢業(yè)后先后于耶魯大學(xué)、麻省理工及斯坦福大學(xué)任教。2000年起，成為普林斯頓大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)系教授。于1982-83年間，曾任職總統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)顧問(wèn)委員會(huì)成員。1988年，出版了《期望減少的年代》一書(shū)。研究領(lǐng)域包括國(guó)際貿(mào)易、國(guó)際金融、貨幣危機(jī)與匯率變化理論。1991年，獲得克拉克獎(jiǎng)?wù)隆?996年出版的《流行國(guó)際主義》準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè)亞洲金融危機(jī)而聲名大噪，是著名的經(jīng)濟(jì)預(yù)言家。他支持奧巴馬競(jìng)選美國(guó)總統(tǒng)，在他當(dāng)選后發(fā)表文章，表達(dá)對(duì)非裔首次當(dāng)選美國(guó)總統(tǒng)的激動(dòng)和自豪。更重要的是，他敦促奧巴馬切勿聽(tīng)信要他延緩政策變化的建議，分析了堅(jiān)持選戰(zhàn)中提出的激進(jìn)改革議程的可能性和必須性。著作[編輯] 參與或合作撰寫(xiě)的書(shū)籍The Spatial Economy - Cities, Regions and International Trade (July 1999), 與藤田昌久（Masahisa Fujita）和安東尼·威納伯（Anthony Venables）合作撰寫(xiě).
