各位網(wǎng)友大家好，我們今天請來了吳同學，同時也請她作為新東方系列訪談的開始。從現(xiàn)在開始我們新東方將定期或不定期地推出一系列的訪談，訪談對象主要是從新東方走出去的被美國名校錄取的學生。今天我們請到了吳同學，她剛剛拿到了哈佛大學的錄取。同時她還拿到了美國其他名校，包括威廉姆斯學院、伯克利、杜克三所名校的錄取。她事實上是新東方四年以來我們包括的學員中拿到哈佛錄取的第五個人。在此之前，我們從2006年開始就陸續(xù)開始幫助同學進入哈佛大學。今年是碩果累累的一年，已經(jīng)有三位同學拿到了哈佛大學的錄取，其他的還有耶魯，西北、普林斯頓這樣的學校，芝加哥我們也有所斬獲。以后我們會找相應的機會讓他們跟大家見面。我們請出今天的主角吳同學。吳同學你能跟我們描述一下你剛剛拿到哈佛錄取的時候心情怎么樣 吳同學：這個很難描述，因為在拿到哈佛錄取之前也一直在等待的非常焦急，也稍微有一些失望，因為畢竟不是所有學校都被錄取。我當時正在參加英國考試，然后知道的時候已經(jīng)是中午，因為我們最早出來是早上六點鐘，覺得看不看結(jié)果都一樣的，考完試就再看吧?？纪杲o媽媽發(fā)了短息，了解這樣的情況。因為當時整個考試就是很興奮，一種很快樂的心情，但也很難描述。主持人李虹橋：當你遞交完哈佛大學申請之后，你心里面有一個堅定的信念，一定被它所錄取。你這個堅定的信念中間曾經(jīng)是否動搖過 吳同學：當然動搖過。從初一開始dream school一直就是哈佛，但是在錄取過程中，尤其是在12月份也收到其他學校沒有錄取這樣一個好的結(jié)果，在4月1號之前一些文理學院有一些軍訓什么的，讓我很動搖，而且北京申請者當中能力非常強的也占很多，很難區(qū)別一個人他一定被哈佛錄取，我相信沒有一個人會自信到如此程度。所以也是在焦急的等待，最后拿到結(jié)果是非常高興得。主持人李虹橋：你剛才提到你初一的時候哈佛就是你的dream university。吳同學：有一部分是因為哈佛確實是世界上最著名的大學，最開始是對哈佛那個網(wǎng)站它的紅色一種最初的喜愛。主持人李虹橋：但是我相信你在初一的時候?qū)鸫髮W的了解，遠遠沒有現(xiàn)在了解的多，你怎樣一步一步了解哈佛大學的 吳同學：這個有一定的機緣巧合。因為自己在高一上學期之前沒有想過出國這條路。在高一下學期剛開始的時候，我的上一學界的學姐他們當時在準備出國，由此了解到還有出國留學這條路。在出國過程中首先回想到自己雖然不算是兒時吧，初一曾經(jīng)有過這樣的夢想，就開始一步一步去了解，當然在了解過程中越來越喜愛哈佛大學。主持人李虹橋：我之前和你接觸過幾次，我也聽我的同事在談論到你，你是一個有思想，而且比較獨立的女孩，你覺得你的一種獨立性思想怎么和哈佛大學連接在一起的 吳同學：美國頂尖大學雖然有很多共性，但也有他們不同的地方。哈佛第一感覺就是非常熱情，它的學術(shù)氣氛可能不像普林斯頓那么濃，但是哈佛大學生大體上都有一個共性，他們有自己的激情，有自己的好奇心，當然有他們的責任感，還有就是創(chuàng)造性。我覺得我自己本身是比較喜歡熱情、激情和創(chuàng)造性的。因為這個也是在自己成長過程中逐漸感受到的，尤其是自己在高中參加一些活動當中，體會到自己對某些活動特有的熱情，而且愿意付出創(chuàng)造出一些比較創(chuàng)新的活動。主持人李虹橋：是這樣的，我平時跟你接觸過程中，我能夠感覺到吳同學身上的那種活力和感染力。你能告訴我們你在日常生活當中是如何嘗試影響你的同學以及你身邊的人 吳同學：非常好的問題，因為畢竟我們在高中階段可能正在形成自己的特點，也在塑造自己。在這個過程中更多的和別人這樣的溝通，甚至是在影響別人過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)自己。我更多的影響其他人的地方還是在活動這方面。我先后參加了很多我們學校的很多分公司，也是在這個過程中，我其實有時候啟發(fā)我的同伴，在策劃之前我們不敢想，但是在策劃之后我們敢想敢做才會發(fā)生。在鼓勵的過程中我們互相影響，我也或許給下一屆同學帶來一些啟發(fā)，因為畢竟擔任社團的一些領導職務。主持人李虹橋：我們現(xiàn)在談一下你的過去，你的高中代表了什么 你的高中母校給你帶來什么影響 吳同學：高中這個階段本身非常重要。因為大部分初中孩子不知道自己在哪些方面有興趣，當然學習也沒有那么強的自主性，在高中階段會發(fā)現(xiàn)自己興趣所在，會有強烈的夢想和追求。我在我們學校更多發(fā)現(xiàn)的是學校對我們的支持，當自己在學校課內(nèi)學習已經(jīng)達到前五的時候，想拓展一下自然的能力，也是很好奇，學校在整個過程中也給了我很大的努力。我覺得更多的是自己去努力嘗試，當然也會有失敗，也會有不同的學習，在這個過程中其實是發(fā)現(xiàn)了我自己比較喜歡的一個專業(yè)，當然也培養(yǎng)了各種各樣的能力，這也是為什么哈佛最終選擇我的原因。主持人李虹橋：你發(fā)現(xiàn)你喜歡上什么專業(yè) 吳同學：目前決定將來從事商業(yè)這一方面，但是我大學學習，大家可能也聽說過PPE，就是哲學、政治還有經(jīng)濟，我覺得這三科，雖然說我父母搞科研的，但是我自己感覺是在人文學科方面，對社會學研究還是非常有好奇心。主持人李虹橋：你剛才說了高中帶來的影響，實際上你從整個決定出國，一直到考試，以及提高你的英語，據(jù)我所知你的英語本身很不錯，后來你來到了新東方，一直到你的申請，一直到申請之后等待結(jié)果。你覺得新東方帶來了你什么東西 Each netizen everybody is good, today we invited Wu, also asked her to New Oriental as a series of interviews.
