An IELTS score of 6.5 or better may be submitted in place of a TOEFL score. Students who do not meet the minimum score requirements or who believe they need additional help with their English skills may wish to apply to the University's Conditional Admissions Program(CAP). Students who enroll in the Conditional Admissions Program are NOT required to submit a TOEFL or IELTS exam score.所以如果你愿意申請雙錄，是不需要提交托福成績的。但是畢竟語言中心能發(fā)放的錄取數(shù)量也是有限的，所以建議提早申請。
