托木斯克理工大學(xué)在俄羅斯率先建立了與歐、美相一致的學(xué)位體制，1998年大部分專業(yè)得到了可同時(shí)用英、俄兩種語言授課的水平，英語授課得到了俄羅斯聯(lián)邦高教部認(rèn)證。除此之外，大學(xué)內(nèi)還開設(shè)了全英文授課的八門專業(yè)課程：包括：Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Protection, Management, Linguistics and Education, Linguistics and Translation，Physics, Geology and Geological Engineering, Thermal Engineering.
