“祛魅”（Disenchantment）一詞源于馬克斯·韋伯所說(shuō)的“世界的祛魅”（In the modern age we are witnessing thedisenchantment of the world with the rise of science and the declining influence of religion.），漢語(yǔ)也可譯作“去魅”、“去魔”、“解魅”、“解咒”，是指對(duì)世界的一體化宗教性解釋的解體，它發(fā)生在西方國(guó)家從宗教神權(quán)社會(huì)向世俗社會(huì)的現(xiàn)代型轉(zhuǎn)型中。
