1.首先，打開(kāi)Endnote，選擇tools->open term lists->Journals term list，點(diǎn)擊“Journals term list”。

2.在“Term Lists”界面，選擇“Lists”標(biāo)簽。在"Lists"界面中，點(diǎn)擊“Journal List”。點(diǎn)擊右側(cè)第三項(xiàng)“Delete List”。

3. 在上一步同一界面中，點(diǎn)擊“Create List”。在輸入欄中寫(xiě)入“Journal List”，注意輸入欄下方Journal List前面一定要打√。點(diǎn)擊“OK”。

4. 在上步同一界面中，點(diǎn)擊右側(cè)第五項(xiàng)“Import List”，import txt文件“endnote-journal-j.txt”（包含5746個(gè)期刊全稱(chēng)和縮寫(xiě)名稱(chēng)的文本）。點(diǎn)擊“確定”，點(diǎn)擊“Close”，完成包含全稱(chēng)和縮寫(xiě)名稱(chēng)文本的導(dǎo)入。

5. 然后是如何選擇用全稱(chēng)還是縮寫(xiě)。打開(kāi)Endnote——點(diǎn)擊工具欄“Edit/編輯”——下拉欄選擇“Output Styles”——點(diǎn)擊下拉菜單第二項(xiàng)“Edite “ICIC2017”,如圖所示6.然后，點(diǎn)擊左側(cè)菜單欄中第五項(xiàng)“Journal Names”，根據(jù)期刊要求選擇右側(cè)全稱(chēng)，縮寫(xiě)1，縮寫(xiě)2。最后保存修改格式。
