首先，on bed基本不存在；in the bed比較少見。

其次，in bed和on the bed【也可以是in one’s bed和on one’s bed】含義有所不同。如果你在被子里準(zhǔn)備睡覺或者正在睡覺，那么用in bed【反之，起床則用out of bed】；如果你在被子外頭，比如坐在床上打牌，那么用on the bed。有些動詞可能會用介詞into，如Climb into bed和crawl into bed。
