speak in English是“用英語說”，speak English是“說英語”。

意思比較相近。前者更偏重于討論說的內(nèi)容，只是提一下這個(gè)內(nèi)容是用英語表達(dá)的；而后者則強(qiáng)調(diào)說英語這件事本身。比如：I'll speak in English in front of everybody tomorrow.我明天將用英語在大家面前演說I'll speak English in front of everybody tomorrow. 我明天將在大家面前說英語。
