第一類：美國高中的學生，不同的在美國讀書的時長，可以免托福申請。

雪城大學也是可以免托福的，而且有不同的維度。

比如

1,在美國或者在英語為第一語言的國家接受完整的高中教育，且英文運用能力非常好。
