新華社北京 9 月 18 日電，2018 年 7 月 11 日美國政府宣布對從中國進(jìn)口的約 2000 億美元商品加征 10% 關(guān)稅，8 月 2 日又將加征稅率提高至 25%。2018 年 9 月 18 日，美國政府宣布實(shí)施對從中國進(jìn)口的約 2000 億美元商品加征關(guān)稅的措施，自 2018 年 9 月 24 日起加征關(guān)稅稅率為 10%，2019 年 1 月 1 日起加征關(guān)稅稅率提高到 25%。美方一意孤行，導(dǎo)致中美貿(mào)易摩擦不斷升級(jí)。為捍衛(wèi)自由貿(mào)易和多邊體制，捍衛(wèi)自身合法權(quán)益，中方不得不對已公布的約 600 億美元清單商品實(shí)施加征關(guān)稅措施。

根據(jù)《中華人民共和國對外貿(mào)易法》《中華人民共和國進(jìn)出口關(guān)稅條例》等法律法規(guī)和國際法基本原則，經(jīng)國務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)，國務(wù)院關(guān)稅稅則委員會(huì)決定對原產(chǎn)于美國的 5207 個(gè)稅目、約 600 億美元商品，加征 10% 或 5% 的關(guān)稅，自 2018 年 9 月 24 日 12 時(shí) 01 分起實(shí)施。如果美方執(zhí)意進(jìn)一步提高加征關(guān)稅稅率，中方將給予相應(yīng)回應(yīng)，有關(guān)事項(xiàng)另行公布。

中方再次重申，實(shí)施上述加征關(guān)稅措施的目的是遏制貿(mào)易摩擦升級(jí)，是對美方單邊主義、貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義的被迫回應(yīng)，中方希望美方停止貿(mào)易摩擦，中美雙方通過平等、誠信、務(wù)實(shí)的對話，相互尊重，共同維護(hù)互利共贏的雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系大局，共同維護(hù)自由貿(mào)易原則和多邊貿(mào)易體制，共同促進(jìn)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮與發(fā)展。
