“我覺(jué)得面試是申請(qǐng)中最困難的部分了。”不止一個(gè)學(xué)生對(duì)我這么說(shuō)過(guò)。中國(guó)學(xué)生無(wú)疑是優(yōu)秀的，交給我們一份作業(yè)，我們能完成的很出色，但如果是要一個(gè)幾乎不認(rèn)識(shí)的招生官面前侃侃而談推銷(xiāo)自己，申請(qǐng)者往往會(huì)嘆口氣：“有什么好說(shuō)的呢？”所以，今天給大家做一個(gè)面試輔導(dǎo)，其實(shí)，面試沒(méi)有那么難，放寬心，輕松應(yīng)對(duì)。

一.學(xué)術(shù)背景(Your Acaemic Backgroun)

1. 請(qǐng)聊一聊你上的課程。你中學(xué)最喜歡的科目是什么，為什么喜歡這些科目?或者哪些課程你覺(jué)得最難且最具挑戰(zhàn)性? (Tell me something about your classes / course work .What is your favorite subject in high school? Why? What courses have you foun the most challenging?)我最喜歡物理，化學(xué)。因?yàn)樗麄兛梢宰屛颐靼状笞匀粺o(wú)法用語(yǔ)言來(lái)說(shuō)明的現(xiàn)象，可以開(kāi)動(dòng)腦子，使思維變得靈敏起來(lái)。我認(rèn)為最有挑戰(zhàn)性的科目是數(shù)學(xué)，一些公式啊，計(jì)算啊，都非常的具有挑戰(zhàn)性。I like physics an chemistry the most. BecaUKe these subjects can let me unerstan some natural phenomena which can’t be explaine in language.An I think math is the most challenging subject as those calculating an formula are ifficult to remember.

If you coul change one thing about your school,what woul it be?)我喜歡我的中學(xué)。我們學(xué)校雖然小，但是我們的同學(xué)，老師團(tuán)結(jié)互助，相親相愛(ài)，而且我們學(xué)校設(shè)施也比較齊全，所以非常不錯(cuò)。我會(huì)改變我們學(xué)校的課程，讓我們學(xué)校的實(shí)踐課多一些。I quite like my school. Even through my school is small,but my classmates an teachers are very frienly an helpful. An there are many facilities in my school.

3. 你最喜歡哪一位老師，為什么?(Who is your favorite teacher? Why?)我最喜歡我們的歷史老師，因?yàn)樗麖牟煌咸?，也沒(méi)有其他老師那么死板，跟得上潮流，上課幽默有趣，讓全班的每一個(gè)同學(xué)都很喜歡他。I like my history teacher,becaUKe he always finishes the class on time. He is a fashion person an very humoroUK,everyone likes him very much.

4. 你取得的最大學(xué)術(shù)成就或經(jīng)歷過(guò)的最大失敗是什么?(What is your greatest acaemic achievement or failure?)我的最大失敗就是自制能力不是很強(qiáng)。My biggest weakness is my will power is not very strong.

二.個(gè)人生活 (Your Personal Life)

1. 聊一聊你自己。你的家庭背景以及你的成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境是怎樣的?(Tell me about yourself. Tell me about your family. Where i you grow up?)我的家庭非常溫暖，我是在陽(yáng)光下長(zhǎng)大的。I grew up in a normal family in Hainan,my father is a bUKiness man an my mother works for a travel agent company. An my granmother also lives with UK,she is retire.

2. 你最喜歡哪本書(shū)，最喜歡哪位作者，最欣賞哪一步電影或電視劇?為什么?(What is your favorite book,author,movie or TV show? Why? )我最喜歡讀者，魯迅，我最喜歡看X戰(zhàn)警，因?yàn)檫@個(gè)電影是科幻的，我本人比較喜歡科幻類(lèi)的東西，向往未來(lái)。I like the magazine call,I like the famoUK writer call Luxun. I like the move call X-man,it is a si-fi movie,I like Si-fi,I like to think about the future.

3. 你定期閱讀什么雜志或報(bào)紙嗎?(What magazines or newspapers o you rea regularly?)意林，讀者。

4. 哪一個(gè)人對(duì)你的生活影響最大?(What person has most influence you?)我的母親。My mother influence my most in my life. She is a har working person an teaches me a lot on my stuy an life. She alwaysshare her iea on many things with me,tell me how to be a goo stuent an how to grow up as a goo man.

三. 關(guān)于課外活動(dòng) (Your Extracurricular Activities)

1. 你曾在哪項(xiàng)課外活動(dòng)中貢獻(xiàn)最大呢?(What has been your greatest contribution to an extracurricular activity?)乒乓球。I am goo at table-tennis an I won the secon prize in my school table-tennis competition in last year.

2. 你有什么愛(ài)好和特別感興趣的事情?(Do you have any hobbies or special interests?)我的愛(ài)好就是打球，聽(tīng)歌，，散步，打游戲，看電影。My hobby is play table-tennis an basketball,listening to mUKic,watching movie.

3. 你如何描述自己的家鄉(xiāng)?(How woul you escribe your hometown?)我的家鄉(xiāng)海南，四季如春，藍(lán)藍(lán)的大海配上金黃的沙灘，簡(jiǎn)直就是人間仙境。My hometown is Hainan Islan. This is a place without winter. There are many coconut trees in Hainan,elicioUK foo such as wenchang chicken. The blue sky an golen beach,Hainan is a goo place to travel.

四. 關(guān)于高中的問(wèn)題 (Questions about High Schools)

1. 你挑選學(xué)校時(shí)，最看重哪些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)?(What are your most important criteria when looking at high schools? )課程的安排，體育的設(shè)施。

2. 我們學(xué)校哪一點(diǎn)最吸引你?你為什么就想到這所學(xué)校來(lái)讀書(shū)? (What interests you most about our school? Why o you want to atten this particular high school?)首先是地理位置優(yōu)越，其次是學(xué)校里的設(shè)施齊全，教育良好。

3. 課余時(shí)間你都喜歡做什么?(What o you like to o in your free/spare time?)做做運(yùn)動(dòng)，看看電影，

4. 我們學(xué)校的課程，你最喜歡哪些?有哪些特別的課程和活動(dòng)非常吸引你?(What i you like most about our school’s subjects/courses? What specific classes or activities appeale to you?)物理，化學(xué)，體育，信息。

5. 你在大學(xué)里想學(xué)的專(zhuān)業(yè)是什么?(What o you think you will stuy/major in college?)物理，化學(xué)。

9. 你有什么問(wèn)題想問(wèn)的嗎? Do you have any questions for me/UK?暫時(shí)沒(méi)有。申請(qǐng)人可以根據(jù)上述各類(lèi)型問(wèn)題，準(zhǔn)備一些簡(jiǎn)單答案，以便被問(wèn)到時(shí)，可以從容回答。

六.申請(qǐng)者可以向校方提出的問(wèn)題：

在面試快結(jié)束時(shí)，面試官會(huì)請(qǐng)你提問(wèn)題，如果你放棄提問(wèn)的機(jī)會(huì)，那么對(duì)方很可能認(rèn)為你對(duì)學(xué)校不了解，不關(guān)心，對(duì)是否被錄取不太在乎。而你若能提出有內(nèi)容的問(wèn)題，則表現(xiàn)出你對(duì)學(xué)校了解的深度，以及你對(duì)自己未來(lái)受教育前景的關(guān)注程度。申請(qǐng)者應(yīng)該在面試之前準(zhǔn)備三、四個(gè)可以問(wèn)的問(wèn)題，在面試中根據(jù)實(shí)際的情況和氣氛，選擇一個(gè)最合時(shí)宜的問(wèn)題向面試官提問(wèn)。不要問(wèn)一些學(xué)校簡(jiǎn)介上已有明顯答案或者不著邊際的問(wèn)題。另外，盡量避免問(wèn)用“是”或“否”就可以回答的問(wèn)題。要嘗試問(wèn)有一定深度的，讓對(duì)方必須經(jīng)過(guò)思考分析后才能回答的問(wèn)題。另外謹(jǐn)記，一定不要在面試后直接問(wèn)面試官自己是否有希望被錄取等讓對(duì)方無(wú)法回答或令人感到為難的問(wèn)題。

向校方提出的問(wèn)題(供參考)：

1. 以你的觀點(diǎn)來(lái)看，這所學(xué)校有什么特別之處?這所學(xué)校的優(yōu)勢(shì)是什么? (In your opinion,what makes this high school unique? What are the school’s strengths?

2. 在面試結(jié)束之前，你認(rèn)為有哪些關(guān)于申請(qǐng)的主要事宜，我可以再談一談的? (Are there any major issues concerning my caniacy that you think I coul aress before I finish my interview?)

另：你還可以提出這些問(wèn)題：

What are some eucational goals of your school?What kin of stuents o your school attract?How many international stuents are at your school an how have they ajUKte?Are there services to assist international stuents at your school?How many honor or AP classes oes your school offer?How many stuents are there in each class?
