葡萄和提子其實都是葡萄的果實，一般粒大、皮厚、汁少、優(yōu)質(zhì)、皮肉難分離、耐貯運的歐亞種葡萄被稱為提子，而粒大、質(zhì)軟、汁多、易剝皮的果實被稱為葡萄。

提子本來是傳統(tǒng)粵語口語對葡萄的稱呼，由于早年進口葡萄借用了粵語的稱呼，所以提子在中國大部分地區(qū)的語境里僅指進口品種的葡萄。但在傳統(tǒng)粵語的語境里，提子泛指所有種類的葡萄。一般情況下，在除粵語地區(qū)以外的其他地區(qū)，提子一般就指的是進口品種的葡萄。

葡萄有何營養(yǎng)？

葡萄富含葡萄糖及多種維生素，保護肝臟、減輕腹水和下肢浮腫的效果非常明顯，還能提高血漿白蛋白濃度，降低轉(zhuǎn)氨酶含量。

1. 抑制呼吸道炎癥。葡萄中的白藜蘆醇可作為抗氧化劑對抗由呼吸道病原菌引起的炎癥。

2. 有益視力。葡萄籽中富含的低聚原花青素，可通過抑制細胞凋亡保護眼睛視力。

3. 防曬。葡萄中的黃酮類物質(zhì)可以阻止破壞皮膚的酶產(chǎn)生，使皮膚細胞免受傷害，甚至能預防皮膚癌。
