最近總有學(xué)生和家長問到小平老師，新西蘭工簽幾年？配偶能辦工簽嗎？…等等問題。讓我們一起復(fù)習(xí)一下去年實(shí)施的新政吧。

新政發(fā)布時(shí)間：2018年8月8日

正式實(shí)施時(shí)間：2018年11月26日

新政內(nèi)容

1、移除所有級別的雇主擔(dān)保兩年工簽；

2、4-6級大專以及7級證書和文憑課程，可獲得一年的開放性工簽。有執(zhí)業(yè)注冊需要的GD課程，額外獲得第二年的開放性工簽；

3、2021年12月31日之前畢業(yè)的4-6級大專以及7級證書和文憑課程，并且在奧克蘭以外地區(qū)就讀，獲得兩年開放性工簽；

4、7級本科及以上學(xué)歷獲得三年開放性工簽；

5、8級研究生文憑在讀國際留學(xué)生，并且專業(yè)為長期緊缺移民列表的，配偶可辦理配偶類工簽，子女滿5周歲可免費(fèi)入讀當(dāng)?shù)毓W(xué)校；

6、9級研究生在讀國際留學(xué)生，配偶可辦理配偶類工簽，子女滿5周歲可免費(fèi)入讀當(dāng)?shù)毓W(xué)校。

Post Stuy Work Visa-Open開放工簽

People who have a New Zealan qualification that they complete in New Zealan,can apply for a visa to work in New Zealan. To be eligible,you must have an acceptable qualification. If you’re grante a work visa,you can o almost any work you like,for any employer in New Zealan.

在新西蘭就讀符合要求的學(xué)歷，畢業(yè)后可以獲得在新西蘭就業(yè)的機(jī)會(huì)，無行業(yè)和雇主的限制。

How long you can work on a Post-stuy work visa

You can get a Post-stuy work visa for 1,2 or 3 years epening on your qualifications,where you stuie an if you are working towars occupational registration.

Before you apply,check that you have a qualification we will accept. ACCEPTABLE QUALIFICATIONS FOR A POST-STUDY WORK VISA

If you ha a stuent visa on 8 August 2018

You can apply to work for up to 3 years on a Post-stuy work visa if,on 8 August 2018:

·you were alreay stuying in New Zealan on a stuent visa,or

·we ha accepte your application for a stuent visa.

If you get a stuent visa after 8 August 2018

The length of your Post-stuy work visa epens on where you stuie for your acceptable qualification an what it was.

If you stuie in Aucklan

Confirm that your eucation provier is in Aucklan.

Eucation organisations in Aucklan

You have a Level 7 qualification or higher

If you have a Level 7 Bachelor's egree or higher,you can apply for a Post-stuy work visa for 3 years.

If you have a Level 7 Grauate Diploma,you can apply for a Post-stuy work visa for 1 year. You can apply to work for 1 more year if you are working towars occupational registration with a registration boy inclue in a list of acceptable registration authorities. For example,teachers nee 2 years' work experience before they can get a full practising certificate.

OCCUPATIonAL REGISTRATION FOR A POST-STUDY WORK VISA

If you have another Level 7 qualification,you can apply for a Post-stuy work visa for 1 year.

Your qualification is at Level 4,5 or 6

If you have 1 or more acceptable qualifications at Levels 4 to 6,you can apply for a Post-stuy work visa for 1 year.

If you stuie outsie Aucklan

If you have an acceptable qualification that you complete somewhere else in New Zealan before 31 December 2021,then you can apply for a Post-stuy work visa for 2 or 3 years. If you complete your qualification after 31 December 2021,the length of your visa will be the same as for people who stuie in Aucklan.

You have a Level 7 qualification or higher

If you have a Level 7 Bachelor's egree or higher,you can apply for a Post-stuy work visa to work in New Zealan for 3 years.

If you complete a Grauate Diploma or another Level 7 qualification:

·on or before 31 December 2021,you can apply for a Post-stuy work visa for 2 years

·after 31 December 2021,you can apply for a Post-stuy work visa for 1 year.

Your qualification is at Level 4,5 or 6

If you complete 1 or more acceptable qualifications at Levels 4 to 6:

·on or before 31 December 2021,you can apply for a visa to work in New Zealan for 2 years.

·after 31 December 2021,you can apply for a visa to work in New Zealan for 1 year.

If you stuie by istance or off-campus

If your istance-learning provier is base in Aucklan,then your visa will be the same length as someone who complete the same qualification at the Aucklan campus.
