essay的題目就比較天馬行空了，有的比較特別：讓你介紹下你最喜歡的中國菜，還有的就比較常規(guī)：談?wù)勀銖拇煺壑锌梢詫W(xué)到什么？

面試建議

如何主導(dǎo)面試?!

“主導(dǎo)”的意思在于讓面試官問你想說的問題，也就是你有所準(zhǔn)備的問題，從而避免突然冒出來一個讓人沒有防備的奇葩問題。下面是建議：

主動往某一個方面引導(dǎo)

如果你發(fā)現(xiàn)面試官現(xiàn)在問你的不是你想的問題，或者發(fā)現(xiàn)面試官即將有挖坑的傾向，你就要趕快主動提一些你有所準(zhǔn)備的話題了。

比如你發(fā)現(xiàn)你被面試官引導(dǎo)正在討論一個你不太熟悉的課外活動a，并且面試官正在問你從中學(xué)到了什么；這時你應(yīng)該立即思考你不熟悉的課外活動a和你做過充分準(zhǔn)備的課外活動b之間的共同點（比如你都是兩個組織的leaer，都是學(xué)術(shù)性活動等等）

你就可以在回答中提到“just like another activity i participate because i …（此處應(yīng)是a和b的交集）…” 然后在這個回答之后，面試官就很有可能對活動b產(chǎn)生興趣并問你關(guān)于b的問題；

不要給自己挖坑并且主動往里跳

有關(guān)你不熟悉的話題的提及都可能成為一個坑。比如你在自我介紹的時候說“i come from xxxx high school which is very […] school.” 這個時候面試官肯定是會繼續(xù)問你括號里面的是什么意思，讓你解釋。

一般情況下，只要在你的面試?yán)锍霈F(xiàn)關(guān)于你自己的新的信息點（包括你上過的課程，交過的朋友，相關(guān)經(jīng)歷），面試官就會對你這個信息點進行新的提問，每個信息點面試官最多往下挖兩到三個問題。

所以在準(zhǔn)備的時候一定注意不要抱著隨便一提的心態(tài)說一些自己不熟悉的問題，因為面試官是會當(dāng)真的。

面試制作周期是 10個工作日

面試總結(jié)

initialview的習(xí)慣是問8個問題，提問會根據(jù)自我介紹和后續(xù)回答中衍生。有一個問題如果被面試官重視的話，會被標(biāo)記為notable，即比較能突出學(xué)生特點的一段問答。問答采取循序漸進的形式，即面試官不會固定問哪8個問題，而是采取由淺入深的發(fā)問方式，學(xué)生可能圍繞一個問題深入問答。整個面試的時長固定，為15分鐘，招生官會把控時間，但由學(xué)生來掌握更好。

面試不管如何都不要慌，記住面試官的目的不是刁難你，把想到的內(nèi)容說出來就可以。學(xué)生可選擇是否發(fā)送面試視頻，如果你覺得面試得不夠好，可以預(yù)約30天之后再次面試，不過這樣第一次的面試記錄就會被取消，建議仔細(xì)考慮。
