很多同學(xué)都會有這么一個疑問，同樣是一篇report，和同學(xué)所用的時間也是一樣的，為什么他的文章就是高分，而自己確實(shí)勉強(qiáng)及格呢？今天我們留學(xué)生論文輔導(dǎo)老師就老說一下，一篇高分report有哪些好的結(jié)構(gòu)我們可以借鑒呢？

這里我們以商科學(xué)生為例，為同學(xué)們提供兩個具體的report結(jié)構(gòu)：

Structure for Business report：

題目頁(Title page)

姓名(Name),學(xué)號(student number),科目名字(module name),課程代碼(module code)和導(dǎo)師姓名( tutor’s name).

內(nèi)容提要(Executive summary)

簡要總結(jié)主要調(diào)查結(jié)果，結(jié)論和建議(Brief summary of main findings,conclusion and recommendations.)

Table of contents

Introduction(引言)

概述論文將要涉及的內(nèi)容，以什么樣的邏輯進(jìn)行，開展此論文的原因，以及報告涉及的相關(guān)研究背景(Outline what you will be writing about,in what order and why,with very brief relevant background information.)

Discussion(討論)

討論關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容，研究結(jié)果，以及闡述相關(guān)結(jié)果(Discussion of key areas,findings,explanation of the results)

總結(jié)(Conclusion)

總結(jié)報告得出的關(guān)鍵結(jié)論 (Summarise the key points of what has been found out.)

建議(Recommendations)

基于研究結(jié)果，為未來的行動提出可行性建議。這部分可以包含在conclusion里，也可以作為獨(dú)立的章節(jié)存在。具體根據(jù)老師要求進(jìn)行(based on the findings,write recommendations for future action. This could be included within the conclusion section or it may be a separate section. Refer to your assignment brief or ask your tutor for guidelines.)

附件(Appendices)

文章中出現(xiàn)的數(shù)據(jù)，圖表和計算公式等(Any extra information that did not fit in the main body of the report. Any charts,graphs or calculations. Each appendix should be numbered e.g. Appendix 1,it should also have a title and a reference.)

參考文獻(xiàn)(References)

Report正文中用到的所有文獻(xiàn);要注意文獻(xiàn)的額引用方式(ApA/Harvard)(Books,articles,journals or texts that have been used as source material.)

2.Structure for Research report：

Title page:

Name,student number,module name,module code and tutor’s name.

Executive Summary (Abstract): may be optional

Brief summary of main findings,conclusion and recommendations.

Table of contents:

一.Introduction:

Outline what you will be writing about,in what order and why,with relevant background information.

二.Main body sections:

Report and analyse what was done and make sure evidence is included. Organise ideas into sections – use headings and subheadings:

1. 文獻(xiàn)綜述(Literature Review):

1.1 Subject section

1.2 Subject section

2. 方法論(Methodology)

2.1 How you did your research(如何做研究)

2.2 How you collected data(如何收集數(shù)據(jù))

3. Results and findings

3.1 Description of the results + visuals

4. Discussion

4.1 Discussion of key areas,explanation of the results

三.Conclusion:

Summarise the key points of what has been found out.

四.Recommendations:

based on the findings,write recommendations for future action. This could be included within the conclusion section or it may be a separate section. Refer to your assignment brief or ask your tutor for guidelines.

五.Appendices:

六.References:
