本文是陸本JD申請(qǐng)者在哈佛、芝加哥、西北和康奈爾這幾所Top法學(xué)院面試的面經(jīng)，以及2018年明尼蘇達(dá)最新的LLM項(xiàng)目面試者收集的相應(yīng)題庫(kù)。其中芝加哥、西北和康奈爾的題庫(kù)已經(jīng)覆蓋得相當(dāng)全面了。各位今年的申請(qǐng)者不僅可以將其作為以上四幾所法學(xué)院面試的必看指南，也可以作為其他法學(xué)院面試的參考。而各位未來(lái)的申請(qǐng)者也可以閱讀并思考如果是自己，會(huì)做出怎樣的回答。

哈佛大學(xué)法學(xué)院面試經(jīng)驗(yàn)

據(jù)網(wǎng)上資料顯示，哈佛法學(xué)院是T3里唯一在錄取前需要面試的法學(xué)院(未考證)。似乎通常情況下在提交申請(qǐng)后一個(gè)月左右發(fā)送面試通知。面試通過(guò)Skype，by invitation only。登錄面試通知的郵件里的鏈接所導(dǎo)向的頁(yè)面，填入部分個(gè)人信息后即預(yù)約時(shí)間。建議收到郵件后盡快預(yù)約面試時(shí)間。每個(gè)申請(qǐng)者只能從特定天數(shù)的特定時(shí)間段內(nèi)選擇面試時(shí)間，并且每一個(gè)時(shí)間段都只有特定數(shù)量的申請(qǐng)者可進(jìn)行預(yù)約(因?yàn)橐还仓挥衅邆€(gè)面試人員，均來(lái)自admission office)。

哈佛法學(xué)院申請(qǐng)基本流程：

2016年11月17日通過(guò)LSAC提交申請(qǐng)，12月14日收到面試邀請(qǐng)，并同日預(yù)約12月20日東部時(shí)間13:40的面試。

面試準(zhǔn)備過(guò)程：

基本以“HLS interview”在Google上進(jìn)行檢索，得到的多數(shù)信息均表示面試總體而言是過(guò)簡(jiǎn)歷，比較個(gè)人化。所以如果你對(duì)自己的整體申請(qǐng)材料(PS，transcript，recommendation，resume)了熟于心，那已經(jīng)自然完成了80%的準(zhǔn)備。

如果預(yù)約的面試時(shí)間距離當(dāng)下還有數(shù)天，可以找朋友進(jìn)行模擬面試(同時(shí)也是一個(gè)很好的檢測(cè)電腦，麥克風(fēng)以及Skype是否存在故障的機(jī)會(huì))。似乎并不存在Question Pool，因?yàn)镠LS的面試的確是針對(duì)每個(gè)申請(qǐng)者量身定做，而每個(gè)人的申請(qǐng)內(nèi)容都有其特質(zhì)。所以更建議打印一份簡(jiǎn)歷和PS，想象自己是面試官，有可能針對(duì)這份簡(jiǎn)歷和PS提出什么通過(guò)其他的申請(qǐng)材料所無(wú)法回答的問(wèn)題(就個(gè)人面試經(jīng)歷而言，面試官的確認(rèn)真地閱讀了我的申請(qǐng)材料，所有問(wèn)題都是無(wú)法直接從面試材料中獲得的，當(dāng)然所有問(wèn)題都不難回應(yīng))。

當(dāng)然，還是有一個(gè)問(wèn)題一定會(huì)被問(wèn)及：do you have any question for me? 通常在面試即將結(jié)束時(shí)，面試官會(huì)允許你問(wèn)他/她1-4個(gè)問(wèn)題。個(gè)人理解可以問(wèn)任何問(wèn)題，法學(xué)院數(shù)據(jù)，學(xué)生活動(dòng)，種種，但可能與自身發(fā)展相關(guān)的問(wèn)題更適合這樣的面試場(chǎng)合。此外問(wèn)How而不是What更容易讓面試官覺(jué)得是好問(wèn)題。不用擔(dān)心問(wèn)的過(guò)于復(fù)雜。也不用擔(dān)心問(wèn)得超出面試官了解范圍(只要問(wèn)題是關(guān)于HLS的他們都知道答案)。

面試經(jīng)過(guò)：

哈佛法學(xué)院會(huì)在面試預(yù)約時(shí)間前一天通過(guò)Skype把你添加為contact。如果屆時(shí)沒(méi)有收到HLS添加請(qǐng)求，可能是你給的Skype用戶名有誤，建議務(wù)必核對(duì)，并和哈佛法學(xué)院及時(shí)溝通。

我在面試時(shí)間開始前一個(gè)小時(shí)就打開Skype頁(yè)面，并坐在電腦前重新回顧自己的申請(qǐng)材料。建議務(wù)必在面試開始前檢查網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接以及Skype運(yùn)行情況，雖然哈佛法學(xué)院表示不會(huì)因?yàn)榧夹g(shù)故障而懲罰你，但在最后時(shí)刻發(fā)生這類問(wèn)題總體還是不太愉快。

哈佛法學(xué)院晚于面試時(shí)間五分鐘給我撥打Skype video call(它的admission blog上也說(shuō)有時(shí)他們會(huì)晚，所以只要哈佛法學(xué)院已經(jīng)加你為contact以及你的網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接沒(méi)有問(wèn)題，沒(méi)有準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)收到Skype call也不要緊張)。

面試官非常友好，美國(guó)人的日常寒暄(how are you之類的)之后就進(jìn)入正題。所有問(wèn)題的確是針對(duì)簡(jiǎn)歷，并且無(wú)法從申請(qǐng)材料中直接獲得。不會(huì)追問(wèn)，所以哪怕回答得不是很完美也不會(huì)很狼狽。個(gè)人回憶的面試問(wèn)題如下：

1. Tell me a little bit about your degree thesis.

2. Why Harvard.

3. Do you plan to stay in the U.S. to go back to China after completing your JD studies.

4. Most impactful experience at your undergrad college.

5. How would your friends describe you.

6. Anything you want me to know?

7. Any questions for me?

【問(wèn)題1是申請(qǐng)者個(gè)人化的問(wèn)題，即畢業(yè)論文。陸老師個(gè)人覺(jué)得問(wèn)題3有點(diǎn)tricky但應(yīng)該不會(huì)占太大權(quán)重，還是要緊扣PS。如果PS表示了回國(guó)愿望那就按照PS。如果沒(méi)有特別的傾向可以回答根據(jù)情況而定。本段不構(gòu)成任何針對(duì)任何法學(xué)院面試中此類問(wèn)題的回答建議?！?/p>

面試一共持續(xù)14分鐘 (面試普遍持續(xù)10-15分鐘)。似乎長(zhǎng)短并不代表錄取的概率大小。

總體而言，個(gè)人感覺(jué)HLS面試并不是檢測(cè)性的，不會(huì)對(duì)你提出刁鉆的問(wèn)題刻意為難你。只需要了解申請(qǐng)材料，保持淡定，誠(chéng)實(shí)回答，并且看電腦攝像頭，面試就不會(huì)傷害你。

芝加哥法學(xué)院的面經(jīng)和題庫(kù)

我在十二月初提交申請(qǐng)，一月中旬收到面試通知，并于一月二十五號(hào)中部時(shí)間中午十一點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了持續(xù)時(shí)間為二十分鐘的面試。面試人員應(yīng)該來(lái)自Admission Committee。芝加哥法學(xué)院有在網(wǎng)站上說(shuō)明面試人員會(huì)于面試時(shí)間提前幾分鐘通過(guò)Skype提交contact request，所以建議于面試時(shí)間開始前二十分鐘即打開Skype等待添加請(qǐng)求。添加后對(duì)方會(huì)立刻開始面試。

據(jù)上往屆面試者回憶，Interview Q List如下：

基于個(gè)人面試經(jīng)歷，AC的確基本從List中找問(wèn)題，并且有些問(wèn)題比較隨機(jī)，即便你認(rèn)為自己在申請(qǐng)材料中已經(jīng)說(shuō)明清楚，對(duì)方可能依然會(huì)提問(wèn)。比如我的PS里用了很大篇幅說(shuō)明了Why Law，但芝加哥法學(xué)院面試官依然問(wèn)了Why Law。。

除了List中的問(wèn)題，我在面試中還被提問(wèn)了一個(gè)與簡(jiǎn)歷高度相關(guān)的個(gè)人問(wèn)題，一個(gè)what can you bring to UChicago Law, 以及一個(gè)非常具有難度的問(wèn)題：can you think of any social issue (in any society) and a solution for it? 遇到任何比較難的問(wèn)題時(shí)，可以用一點(diǎn)時(shí)間思考清楚再回答，效果可能比立刻開始說(shuō)但中間支吾更好，TLS上也有往屆面試者說(shuō)AC更加欣賞思路清晰的回答。

西北大學(xué)和康奈爾法學(xué)院

Kira Talent面試題

西北和Cornell都是用同一個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)面試系統(tǒng)(陸老師注：Kira Talent)，面試之前可以進(jìn)行模擬。然后面試有六道題。西北的我碰到全部是口語(yǔ)問(wèn)答 (每道題30秒準(zhǔn)備，1分鐘回答，可提前結(jié)束回答)，Cornell三道口語(yǔ)問(wèn)答三道書面問(wèn)答。

Kira Talent是一個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)面試系統(tǒng)，分為視頻面試和筆試部分，最終對(duì)申請(qǐng)者做出綜合評(píng)價(jià)。該面試系統(tǒng)是JD申請(qǐng)者被錄取的重要參考因素。當(dāng)然，這樣的面試也是有題庫(kù)的。本文就是申請(qǐng)者通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和自己的面試總結(jié)出的題庫(kù)，比網(wǎng)上流傳的都要全，值得各位申請(qǐng)者好好練習(xí)。

西北大學(xué)法學(xué)院的題庫(kù)：

西北的題庫(kù), 是西北30題和我在reddit和tls上搜索的整合版，比30題全。面試的時(shí)候只有一道題是這里沒(méi)有的(最后一道)：

1. How did you make the decision to attend your undergraduate school?

2. How did you choose your major? Did you enter with the same major you graduated with?

3. As we look at your transcripts, will we notice any trends in your grades or any classes that were a struggle, or were your grades consistent all the way through?

另?yè)?jù)其他面試者表示，他沒(méi)遇到任何一題。西北的面試非常靈活 提前做準(zhǔn)備基本行不通，他的個(gè)人建議是睡好午覺(jué)，感覺(jué)非常良好地去面試。 相對(duì)準(zhǔn)備題目更應(yīng)該準(zhǔn)備好對(duì)于網(wǎng)上面試的狀態(tài)，比如在測(cè)試時(shí) 注意一下你的眼神定位點(diǎn)、你的背景圖是否干凈, 始終保持眼神聚焦可以讓你看起來(lái)更加自信一點(diǎn)。建議穿正裝或者business casual，因?yàn)槲鞅毕矚g職業(yè)感強(qiáng)烈的。供參考。

康奈爾三十題：

口語(yǔ)問(wèn)答(每道題一分鐘，同西北)全部是這里面的，基本一字不變。書面問(wèn)答不是這里的題。好像也沒(méi)人整理。不知道是不是今年的新形式。

書面問(wèn)題有三道題 (每一道題有5分鐘)：

2018明尼蘇達(dá)LLM項(xiàng)目面試經(jīng)驗(yàn)
