英國白金漢大學(xué)(The University of Buckingham)是全英唯一一所私立(獨(dú)立大學(xué))，1976年以白金漢大學(xué)學(xué)院的名字創(chuàng)立。1980年獲得英國女王的特許妝后正式升格為大學(xué)。大學(xué)有權(quán)頒授學(xué)位，其學(xué)歷國際認(rèn)可，與中國教育部實(shí)現(xiàn)中英學(xué)歷互認(rèn)。
