一、2023年荷蘭旅游簽證多久出簽？

荷蘭簽證類型較多，不同類型辦理時間略有差別，短期簽證（旅游、商務(wù)、探親）辦理時間基本相同。

根據(jù)荷蘭大使館實際出簽時間，普通辦理荷蘭簽證時間在10-12個工作日左右，由于代辦荷蘭簽證需要協(xié)助申請者準(zhǔn)備材料、審核材料、郵寄材料，因此需要額外1-3個工作日。

以上所需時間為正常情況下受理時間，若遇到旺季或其他特殊情況，如使館要求補充材料等，則可能會延長簽證時間。

此外對申請人資料審查過程中，若遇到申請人提交的資料不夠齊全缺乏材料或者該提供的材料不符合使館要求的情況，還需申請人補充材料而可能延長簽證辦理時間。所以建議申請人要提前辦理簽證。

提前多久辦理荷蘭簽證？

由上可知，荷蘭簽證辦理時間需要10-12個工作日左右，因此建議申請者至少提前2個月辦理荷蘭簽證，為了避免特殊情況影響出簽時間，申請者最好提前3個月提出申請。

注意事項：

1.辦理簽證時，不管是收集資料、預(yù)約時間或者審核時間都會浪費很多時日，荷蘭簽證中心提醒大家安排好自己的時間，以免耽誤出行。

2.如自己辦理簽證，一定要在使館工作時間申請，使館工作時間為周一到周五上午9點到下午17點半，節(jié)假日除外。

二、荷蘭留學(xué)簽證流程有哪些？荷蘭留學(xué)簽證周期是多久？

荷蘭簽證屬于申根反簽簽證，官方叫申請MVV簽證快捷程序，簽證率很高。

荷蘭留學(xué)簽證流程：

獲得學(xué)校AD

學(xué)校在荷蘭當(dāng)?shù)叵蚝商m的簡耐扒移民局辦理MVV簽證申請，你需要支付簽證申請費用，一般是250歐。你會收到一個MVV Applied郵件。

經(jīng)過約2個星期的等待，你會收到一個MVV Approval，說明你的簽證申請移民局已經(jīng)同意了。

移民局把取簽信發(fā)往你當(dāng)?shù)厮鶎俚暮商m領(lǐng)事機(jī)構(gòu)。

收到MVV Approval

到當(dāng)?shù)睾商m領(lǐng)事機(jī)構(gòu)的網(wǎng)站上進(jìn)行取簽預(yù)約留學(xué)荷蘭的簽證獲取流程和注意事項留學(xué)荷蘭的簽證獲取流程和注意事項。

需要帶如下材料：

a、戶口本原件復(fù)印件;

b、護(hù)照原件復(fù)印件;

c、護(hù)照照片2張;

d、攔昌MVV申請表一張，按要求填寫;

f、雙認(rèn)證出生公證原件。

等取簽手續(xù)完畢后2-3個工作日，就可以取簽證了。

簽證申請注意事項：

(1)中國公民申請赴荷旅游、探親或訪問類短期停留簽證受理周期一般為3周至3個月，而短期居留簽證(MVV)的辦理時間較長，一般為3至6個月，其間可能會要求補充各種材料，因此需事先做好準(zhǔn)備，盡可能提前申請。如以學(xué)習(xí)為目的申請簽證，可要求將前往就讀的荷蘭院校代為向荷簽證機(jī)關(guān)申請短期居留簽證，即“快捷MVV返簽程序”，一般只需6至8周。MVV簽證只能在荷駐華使領(lǐng)館領(lǐng)取，領(lǐng)取前必須辦理“國際旅行健康證明書”，該證明書有效期為1年留學(xué)荷蘭的簽證獲取流程和注意事項。

Your institution needs to apply

When you enrol in a study programme, your host institution will contact you to start up the application procedure. If not, ask for help by contacting the department dealing with international student mobility. Usually this will be the institution’s international office.

Start preparations early

Although the IND will generally process the application within two weeks, we recommend that you start the process early (about three months before you plan to enter the Netherlands). It may take some time for you to collect all the relevant documents for your institution.

Types of visa

Depending on your nationality, you might need a visa to travel into the country. For stays of up to 90 days, this visa is called a ‘short stay visa’ or ‘Schengen visa’. For stays longer than 90 days, this is called an entry visa (MVV) and is always followed by a residence permit (VVR).

Validity

The visa will usually allow you to travel throughout all countries in the Schengen area. Sometimes the visa is limited to a single country (for example Holland only) or a few countries (for example Holland, Belgium and France). In that case, the visa will only allow you to travel to and through that particular country or these particular countries.

With a short stay visa your stay in the Schengen area is limited to a maximum of 90 days within a period of 180 days. This means that once you have been in the Schengen area for 90 days you may not return until another 90 days have passed.

An entry visa is also valid for only 90 days and is meant to be followed by a residence permit for a longer period of time.

持有短期居留簽證，你可以待在申根區(qū);在180天的周期內(nèi)，待的時間最多為的90天。這也就是說，一旦你在申根區(qū)待了90天，要再過90天你才能返回荷蘭。

入境簽證有效期也只為90天，之后要辦居住許可證，才能待更長的時間。

Multiple entry and single entry

With a ‘multiple entry’ visa you are allowed to travel in and out of the Schengen area during the validity of your visa.

With a ‘single entry’ visa you are allowed to travel within the Schengen area, but once you have left the Schengen area you cannot return without either a new Schengen visa for short stay, or a return visa for long stay.

4.雙入境簽證和單入境簽證

雙入境簽證允許你在簽證有效期內(nèi)出入申根區(qū)。

單入境簽證允許你在申請區(qū)旅游。不過一旦你離開申根區(qū)，只有持有新的申根簽證(用于短期居留)或返回簽證(用于長期居留)，你才能返回申根區(qū)。

Residence permit

You need to have a residence permit if you are a citizen of a non-EU/EEA country or Switzerland and you would like to stay in the Netherlands for a period of more than three months.

A residence permit will generally be issued for the duration of your study programme, provided that you obtain 50% of your study credits every year.

Within five days of your arrival in the Netherlands your host institution has to apply for a residence permit on your behalf. Please check with your host institution to make sure this is arranged for you.

居住證有效期一般為課程學(xué)習(xí)時長，前提是一年你拿到一半的學(xué)分。

Requirements to keep your residence permit

As mentioned above, if you want to keep your permit, you need to get at least 50% of your study credits each year. However, you may have a reason to be unable to get that 50%. Whether that is an illness, homesickness or any other reason, please do not hesitate to contact your student counsellor.

6.保留居住證的要求

如上所述，如果你想要保留居住證，你每年至少需要拿一半的學(xué)分。不過，也可能拿不到一半的學(xué)分。比如因為生病、想家等原因。這時就要及時聯(lián)系你的輔導(dǎo)員。

Together with your counsellor you can find out whether your reasons are valid enough to be excluded from the 50% credits rule. Please do not be afraid to ask for help because if you do not and you will end the year with less than 50%, you will be sent home.

Extension of your residence permit

If your counsellor agrees that you have valid reasons for not obtaining 50% of your credits, you are eligible for an extension of your permit.

Please note that you cannot apply for the extension yourself, this can only be done by your host institution. Therefore, you need to contact the international office.

7.延長居住證

如果輔導(dǎo)員同意你可以拿不到一半學(xué)分，你就有資格申請延長居住證。

居住證的延長不能自己申請，要學(xué)校申請。因此你需要和國際辦公室聯(lián)系。

Registering with the council

If you are staying in the Netherlands for more than four months you will need to go to the city council and register as a new resident of the town where you are living.

Registration regulations may vary from one council to another. It is best to contact your higher education institution or the council directly. They can tell you the exact registration procedure, including which documents you need to hand in (such as a valid passport, your rental contract and so on).

Nuffic Certificate for Chinese students

All Chinese nationals (People's Republic of China) have to get a Nuffic Certificate to be eligible for a Dutch entry visa and enrol in an English-taught study programme. This does not apply to nationals from Hong Kong (SAR), Macau (SAR) and Taiwan (ROC).

Please note that the Nuffic Certificate is not a credential evaluation and does not automatically grant admission to a study programme either.
