三、外國人在中國怎么辦理簽證？

外國人在中國境內(nèi)工作并獲取勞動報酬的，應按規(guī)定事先取得工作許可和工作類居留證件（合并稱為“工作簽證”），才可以在中國合法就業(yè)。持有工作簽證的外國人，在有效期內(nèi)可以多次往返中國和境外，不需要另外辦理簽證。外國人首次辦理工作許可和居留許可一般為12個月有效，期滿可以申請延期。

A5 - 外國超高學歷人才

A6 - 根據(jù)《積分要素計分賦值表》計算計點積分大于85分

Category A work permit standards:

B2 - 外國藍領技術(shù)工人（持有國際通用職業(yè)技能資格證書的）有2年全職相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗并且平均工資收入不低于本地區(qū)上年度社會平均工資收入4 倍的外籍人才（以上海為例，月薪大于等于26100元，政府機關(guān)下一年度會檢查外國人個人所得稅稅單）

B3 - 外國語言教學人員。外國語言教學人員應從事其母語國語言教學，并取得大學學士及以上學位且具有2年以上語言教學工作經(jīng)歷。其中，取得教育類、語言類或師范類學士及以上學位的，或取得所在國教師資格證書或取得符合要求的國籍語言教學證書的（如公認的TEFL或TESOL證書，則可以免除2年以上語言教學工作經(jīng)歷的要求）。

B4 - 外國人綜合評定超過60分

B1 - foreigners with a bachelor's degree and 2 years of full-time related work experience after graduation

B2 - foreign technology of blue-collar workers (hold international general vocational qualification certificates) have 2 years of full-time working experience and the average wage income is not lower than the region year 4 times of social average wage income of foreign talent (in Shanghai, for example, greater than or equal to 26100 yuan a month, the government authorities next year will check foreigners personal income tax, tax return)

B3 - foreign language teaching staff. 目前外國人新辦中國工作簽證的具體流程

第一步獲得外國人工作許可通知

2、到市外經(jīng)貿(mào)委辦理邀請函；

3、外國人持許可證書和通知函到中國駐該國使領館辦理Z簽證；

4、外國人持Z簽證入境后，到指定的醫(yī)療機構(gòu)辦理體檢或確認手續(xù)。（在入境后十五天內(nèi)申辦《外國人就業(yè)證》）；

5、體檢通過后，辦理臨時住宿登記表（有公安局出）；

6、辦理《外國人就業(yè)證》；

7、執(zhí)臨時住宿登記表到出入境管理局辦理居留許可。持有就業(yè)證和居留許可的外國人方可在中國合法就業(yè)，并受法律保護。

具體看辦理哪個國家的簽證，大部分情況下外籍人在中國辦理簽證與中國人辦理簽證是一樣的，但是要提供外籍人在華長期居住的證明，如果無法提供準備則無法申請。

一般來講外籍人在國內(nèi)申請簽證需要交給駐目的國家的使館，也可以咨詢代辦，但大部分代辦都不受理外籍人士辦理簽證。
