在之前的文章中我曾經(jīng)為大家介紹過美國(guó)社區(qū)大學(xué)的優(yōu)勢(shì)，作為美國(guó)大學(xué)體制的一大特色，我也曾經(jīng)就讀于Foothill-De Anza社區(qū)大學(xué)并成功轉(zhuǎn)入全美前40名校UCSD，那么今天我就和大家來分享一下，F(xiàn)oothill-De Anza社區(qū)大學(xué)的入學(xué)條件是什么。

To etermine eligibility for amission,please submit the following ocuments.

1. Application (require)

Complete,sign,an submit a complete application with a copy of your passport an a recent photograph.

2. English proficiency test score (require)

Submit a copy/original proof of English proficiency test score,taken within the last 2 years (ex: if the year is 2018,your test must have been taken between 2016-2018). A minimum score on any of the following examinations is require for amission:

Submit an original/official bank letter that meets our requirement of estimate cost an ate within the last 6 months (ex: if you are submitting for January 30 ealine,your letter must be ate between August - January).

If your bank is locate in the U.S. an a bank letter can’t be prouce,you may submit a bank statement that meets our total estimate cost.?In orer to verify that the funs are currently available,you or your sponsor will be require to come into the office an log in to the account.

4. Transcript (require)

Submit an official school transcript. If you are uner 18 years ol,you must submit proof of high school completion or equivalent. All ocuments must be in English or officially translate into English. For stuents who attene schools in the U.S.,please submit an official transcript from all schools you’ve attene.

5. Application Fee (require)

We require a $75 USD application fee to review your application an etermine your eligibility.

6. Shipping Fee (require,if applicable)

If your amission ecision packet nees to be maile outsie of the U.S.,we require a $75 USD shipping fee. We utilize DHL as our courier but will also use alternative couriers if DHL oesn’t eliver to your mailing aress. We will e-mail you the tracking number so that you are able to track the ocument online. The shipping fee will only be charge for mail outsie of the U.S.

7.?Minor Stuent Authorization (require,if applicable)

If you are uner 18 years ol,we require authorization from your parents or legal guarian that you can atten Foothill College. Please complete the form an submit with your application packet.

8. Depenent Form (require,if applicable)

If you have epenents who will accompany you as an F-1 visa,please complete this form.?Your financial letter must show an aitional $5,000 for each epenent.

1. 申請(qǐng)表

在官網(wǎng)上就可以下載到，表中可以選擇申請(qǐng)foothill或e anza，只能選擇一個(gè)。

2. 語言成績(jī)

上面是官網(wǎng)上的截圖，需要托福61+或者雅思6.0以上

3. 資金證明

需要提供高中官方的成績(jī)單。

5. 申請(qǐng)費(fèi)

75美金。

6. 運(yùn)費(fèi)

因?yàn)槲覀兪菄?guó)際學(xué)生，錄取結(jié)果和F1表格都需要被郵寄到中國(guó)，所以要交75美金的運(yùn)費(fèi)。

7. 未成年學(xué)生授權(quán)

18歲以下的學(xué)生需要家長(zhǎng)出示授權(quán)書，以證明學(xué)生可以勝任在美學(xué)習(xí)生活。

8. 陪同表格

如果有家長(zhǎng)陪讀需要填這個(gè)表格，在資金證明中需要為每位陪讀人提供額外5000美金證明。
