很多同學(xué)不了解UBC的教育專業(yè)，教育專業(yè)近年來越來越熱度高，很多學(xué)生可能覺得女生選擇教育專業(yè)的比較多，其實不然。今天我們就來說下UBC的教育專業(yè)。英屬哥倫比亞大學(xué)開設(shè)的課程分科詳細，門類廣泛，從農(nóng)業(yè)、動植物，環(huán)境美化到高級技術(shù)管理，化學(xué)土木、電力、機械、材料工程，從人類學(xué)、社會學(xué)、管理學(xué)、古典學(xué)、法律、醫(yī)學(xué)、藥理到戲劇、電影、少數(shù)民族研究等應(yīng)有盡有。

UBC’s BEd degree is globally recognized,and open to international students. The Elementary and Middle Years option prepares pre-service educators for the varied contexts in elementary and middle schools with a special emphasis on self-regulated learning for teaching students aged 11 to 14 years.

Teacher candidates who successfully complete the requirements for the BEd Elementary and Middle Years program are recommended to the BC Teacher Regulation Branch for a professional teaching certificate. UBC’s BEd degree is globally recognized,and the program is open to international students.

Inquiry

All UBC teacher candidates participate in an inquiry seminar in each of the three terms on campus,developing the habit of asking critical questions about their pedagogical decisions and practices.

practicum

The practicum includes a full day in schools each week starting in September or October,followed by a two-week school placement in November,which is also the setting for the 10-week extended practicum in the spring.

The teaching practicum is an exciting part of the Bachelor of Education program because it is the time when teacher candidates put theory into practice alongside an experienced teacher.

Community Field Experience (CFE)

Following successful completion of a school-based extended practicum,all teacher candidates participate in a three-week Community Field Experience.

Some field experiences take place in a school context that is very different from the extended practicum site,and others take place in non-school-based contexts such as museums,science centres,environmental ed camps,Indigenous communities,daycares,and more.

1. MASTER OF EDUCATION IN ADULT LEARNING AND EDUCATION (MED) 成人教育碩士

語言要求：雅思6.5 小分不低于6.0

要求相關(guān)1-2年的經(jīng)驗

some experience (1–2 years),be it paid or voluntary,with designing,organizing,administering programs for adult learners is required.
