香港大學(xué)Electrical Engineering電氣工程課程允許學(xué)生專(zhuān)攻與電力能源相關(guān)的任何領(lǐng)域，如電力系統(tǒng)、電力鐵路、電動(dòng)汽車(chē)、電力電子和建筑服務(wù)。為了提高學(xué)生的專(zhuān)業(yè)能力，專(zhuān)業(yè)還包括了語(yǔ)言、財(cái)務(wù)、管理和法律等課程，目的是教育學(xué)生成為特許或?qū)I(yè)的電氣工程師。

電力是現(xiàn)代文明的支柱，該專(zhuān)業(yè)得到了政府和工業(yè)界的大力支持。未來(lái)全球近一半的電力發(fā)展將放在亞洲，香港因此成為了在這方面進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新研究和東、西方技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓的最佳地點(diǎn)。
