What is your strongest/weakest point?（注意：雖然是問weakest point，但我們其實并不想要面試官了解我們什么地方不行，所以記得要講下你是如何克服弱點，或者你有什么品質可以平衡這個弱點。

其他可能涉及到的包括學術認知（對現(xiàn)在的課程學校的了解和感悟）；對于未來大學的憧憬以及為什么要去學習；對于個人、家庭、以及周邊社群（Community）的參與和理解，其他潛在問題包括個人性格、興趣和未來學術和職業(yè)規(guī)劃之間的關系等。

Essay題目

Essay的題目就比較天馬行空了，有的比較特別：讓你介紹下你最喜歡的中國菜，還有的就比較常規(guī)：談談你從挫折中可以學到什么？

面試建議

如何主導面試?!

“主導”的意思在于讓面試官問你想說的問題，也就是你有所準備的問題，從而避免突然冒出來一個讓人沒有防備的奇葩問題。下面是建議：

主動往某一個方面引導

如果你發(fā)現(xiàn)面試官現(xiàn)在問你的不是你想的問題，或者發(fā)現(xiàn)面試官即將有挖坑的傾向，你就要趕快主動提一些你有所準備的話題了。

比如你發(fā)現(xiàn)你被面試官引導正在討論一個你不太熟悉的課外活動A，并且面試官正在問你從中學到了什么；這時你應該立即思考你不熟悉的課外活動A和你做過充分準備的課外活動B之間的共同點（比如你都是兩個組織的leaer，都是學術性活動等等）

你就可以在回答中提到“Just like another activity I participate because I …（此處應是A和B的交集）…” 然后在這個回答之后，面試官就很有可能對活動B產(chǎn)生興趣并問你關于B的問題；

不要給自己挖坑并且主動往里跳

有關你不熟悉的話題的提及都可能成為一個坑。比如你在自我介紹的時候說“I come from xxxx high school which is very […] school.” 這個時候面試官肯定是會繼續(xù)問你括號里面的是什么意思，讓你解釋。

一般情況下，只要在你的面試里出現(xiàn)關于你自己的新的信息點（包括你上過的課程，交過的朋友，相關經(jīng)歷），面試官就會對你這個信息點進行新的提問，每個信息點面試官最多往下挖兩到三個問題。

所以在準備的時候一定注意不要抱著隨便一提的心態(tài)說一些自己不熟悉的問題，因為面試官是會當真的。

面試制作周期是 10個工作日

面試總結

InitialView的習慣是問8個問題，提問會根據(jù)自我介紹和后續(xù)回答中衍生。有一個問題如果被面試官重視的話，會被標記為notable，即比較能突出學生特點的一段問答。問答采取循序漸進的形式，即面試官不會固定問哪8個問題，而是采取由淺入深的發(fā)問方式，學生可能圍繞一個問題深入問答。整個面試的時長固定，為15分鐘，招生官會把控時間，但由學生來掌握更好。

面試不管如何都不要慌，記住面試官的目的不是刁難你，把想到的內(nèi)容說出來就可以。學生可選擇是否發(fā)送面試視頻，如果你覺得面試得不夠好，可以預約30天之后再次面試，不過這樣第一次的面試記錄就會被取消，建議仔細考慮。
