以英國(guó)大學(xué)為例，人力資源管理專業(yè)大致可分為兩個(gè)方向：人力資源管理（ Human Resource Management）和國(guó)際人力資源管理（International Human Resource Management）。

相較而言，人力資源管理專業(yè)的實(shí)際操作性較強(qiáng)，課程能夠讓同學(xué)接觸到人力資源的方方方方面面問題；而國(guó)際人力管理專業(yè)則注重宏觀戰(zhàn)略和全球人力密源問題。

曼徹斯特人力好多多，MBS＋環(huán)發(fā)，會(huì)挑花眼的。當(dāng)然，我們主要說MBS的。國(guó)際學(xué)生選Intetnational route那個(gè)多點(diǎn)，課程相對(duì)輕松，如果有留英打算，想必修CIpD課程的，這個(gè)可以選domestic route，這個(gè)會(huì)附加作業(yè)和3000字的report，比較煩。第二學(xué)期會(huì)比較痛苦，量很大時(shí)間緊，建議有工作背景申請(qǐng)。
