留學(xué)生人力資源管理到底學(xué)什么的?
以英國(guó)大學(xué)為例,人力資源管理專業(yè)大致可分為兩個(gè)方向:人力資源管理( Human Resource Management)和國(guó)際人力資源管理(International Human Resource Management)。
相較而言,人力資源管理專業(yè)的實(shí)際操作性較強(qiáng),課程能夠讓同學(xué)接觸到人力資源的方方方方面面問題;而國(guó)際人力管理專業(yè)則注重宏觀戰(zhàn)略和全球人力密源問題。
就業(yè)方向:企業(yè)人力資源管理者,HR,招聘,Bp等無(wú)論企業(yè)大小,根本在于人員管理,可見對(duì)于該職務(wù)的依賴之強(qiáng);獵聘行業(yè),人才資源成為目前商業(yè)社會(huì)中最被重視的資源之一,獵聘行業(yè)隨之發(fā)展迅猛。
哪些大學(xué)的人力資源管理專業(yè)值得推薦呢?
LSE有2個(gè)人力方向,一個(gè)主要針對(duì)歐洲和英國(guó)學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì),中國(guó)學(xué)生極少,建議學(xué)過社會(huì)學(xué)的學(xué)生轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)申請(qǐng)。這個(gè)專業(yè)收50人左右,畢業(yè)同時(shí)會(huì)有CIpD會(huì)員資格。另一個(gè)專業(yè)是國(guó)際勞動(dòng)關(guān)系和HRM,選修課程多,覆蓋勞動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等諸多領(lǐng)域,更建議國(guó)際學(xué)生申請(qǐng),招收的人數(shù)多。

曼徹斯特人力好多多,MBS+環(huán)發(fā),會(huì)挑花眼的。當(dāng)然,我們主要說MBS的。國(guó)際學(xué)生選Intetnational route那個(gè)多點(diǎn),課程相對(duì)輕松,如果有留英打算,想必修CIpD課程的,這個(gè)可以選domestic route,這個(gè)會(huì)附加作業(yè)和3000字的report,比較煩。第二學(xué)期會(huì)比較痛苦,量很大時(shí)間緊,建議有工作背景申請(qǐng)。

卡大人力算全英比較強(qiáng)的學(xué)校之一,課程設(shè)置細(xì)致而實(shí)用。課程強(qiáng)度比較大,與此同時(shí),掛科率相對(duì)比較高。國(guó)外有學(xué)生放棄去WBS選擇去卡迪夫這個(gè)專業(yè)。有CIpD認(rèn)證,收學(xué)生中等不算多,體驗(yàn)度不錯(cuò)。

Warwick的hrm不算王牌專業(yè)但大牌,因?yàn)檫@個(gè)課程對(duì)專業(yè)背景沒有硬性規(guī)定。所以申的人多,有CIpD認(rèn)證,加上華威商學(xué)院有錢,資源豐富,專業(yè)比較豪,會(huì)請(qǐng)些個(gè)資深的高級(jí)的從業(yè)人員來授課,探討當(dāng)下熱門話題。
