1.MAT考試是什么?

牛津MAT數(shù)學(xué)考試全稱為Mathematics Admissions Test，是牛津大學(xué)測(cè)試本科(或本碩)數(shù)學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè)申請(qǐng)者的數(shù)學(xué)水平而舉行的筆試。

A. MAT可以代替TMUA嗎?

不可以。

很多大學(xué)使用了大學(xué)入學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)考試(TMUA)，但牛津大學(xué)并未使用。需要報(bào)名兩個(gè)考試。如果考試在同一天，可郵件申請(qǐng)，避開同一天考試時(shí)間。

B.可以改用STEp / BMO / IMO嗎?

沒有。

2020年9月1日，MAT開始報(bào)名。

2020年10月15日，MAT報(bào)名截止。

4.考試形式及時(shí)長(zhǎng)

MAT是紙質(zhì)考試?？荚嚂r(shí)間為2小時(shí)30分鐘(150分鐘)。

5.MAT都考哪些內(nèi)容?

多項(xiàng)式、代數(shù)、幾何、三角函數(shù)、對(duì)數(shù)和冪、正弦余弦、分?jǐn)?shù)、Alevel數(shù)學(xué)等相關(guān)知識(shí)。

MAT考試分為兩個(gè)部分，共計(jì)100分。

第一部分：

問題1多項(xiàng)選擇，包含10個(gè)部分，每個(gè)部分4分。共40分。

選擇樣題：

第二部分：

問題2-7是簡(jiǎn)答題，每個(gè)問題15分。選擇4道題作答。

牛津大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué);

牛津大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與哲學(xué)專業(yè)。

· “Directions under A take priority over any directions in B which are relevant toyou.”這句話適用于：

同時(shí)申請(qǐng)牛津大學(xué)和帝國(guó)理工相關(guān)專業(yè)的學(xué)生

6.常見問題：

如果您正在牛津大學(xué)申請(qǐng)數(shù)學(xué)，計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)或相關(guān)課程，則需要參加MAT。牛津大學(xué)歡迎參加STEp的學(xué)生，但STEp不能代替MAT。如果您不參加MAT(在特殊情況下除外)，則不會(huì)考慮您的申請(qǐng)。

如果在MAT注冊(cè)截止日期之前提出申請(qǐng)，并且申請(qǐng)人是A Level或IB的學(xué)生，則必須向倫敦帝國(guó)理工學(xué)院申請(qǐng)所有BSc和MSci數(shù)學(xué)課程的MAT。對(duì)于此后提出的申請(qǐng)，A級(jí)或IB候選人的有條件錄取將涉及STEp。

MAT大綱相當(dāng)簡(jiǎn)潔，只涵蓋了高中數(shù)學(xué)(不含進(jìn)階數(shù)學(xué))大部分基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)。

跟英國(guó)各大考試局的A Level數(shù)學(xué)、IB SL數(shù)學(xué)大綱相比少了諸如向量、概率統(tǒng)計(jì)等知識(shí)。比美高課程的Ap微積分AB大綱覆蓋的知識(shí)點(diǎn)也少很多。雖然范圍小，但并不簡(jiǎn)單。需要充分準(zhǔn)備。
